#49 - 🎙️ Lovable Voice Mode, Xano Performance Insights, Softr Workflows
Manage a team of Zapier Agents is now possible
Hello everyone,
Another batch of new AI developments this week! In the AI world, there are many, many verticals because AI struggles to be good at everything. This is also why there's so much disappointment when people first start using AI. Using AI isn't easy once you want to apply it practically to your business processes or personal workflows. There's always something missing, an impossible integration, an unavailable feature, or a technical roadblock. The list can be long, and there are tons of people disappointed with AI.
My message is simple: train yourself on the tools, try to complete your business process automation from start to finish, don't give up too fast, stay persistent because the more you work with AI, the better you get at reaching your goals with it. Unconsciously, our brain learns to create better prompts based on different models, and this is a real skill that can only be learned through practice according to your specific needs.
Everyone is creating their own vertical with AI, there are as many verticals as there are individuals. Learn to build yours to stay competitive.
See you next week!

1️⃣ Xano has released version 1.70, introducing significant enhancements to its AI agent-building capabilities and operational visibility features. The update expands agent functionality with a Messages Array for richer runtime context, Execution Triggers for pre-run logic, direct tool execution without requiring an agent, and the ability to share agents through snippets, while a new Prompt Assistant enables users to build agent prompts conversationally using natural language. The platform now provides enhanced visibility through comprehensive Audit Logs for full accountability tracking and Performance Insights that automatically identify slow or inefficient operations.
2️⃣ Zite recently paused new feature development to focus on foundational improvements, delivering significant performance gains and bug fixes. The built-in database now runs 3-4x faster, while intermittent Airtable and Google Sheets connection issues have been resolved. New additions include the platform's first Help Center with FAQs, automatic model fallback to AWS during Claude outages, and undo/redo functionality in the built-in database. The team also fixed infinite loading issues that affected some large applications, with all improvements now live and additional updates in development.
3️⃣ Lovable launches Voice Mode—just click, speak your idea, and watch it build automatically without typing. Meanwhile, Cognizant set a Guinness World Record hosting a 53,000-person AI hackathon where non-technical staff from HR, sales, and finance used Lovable to prototype in 24 hours.
4️⃣ Bolt launches Version History and Bolt for Teams with seamless collaboration features to 10x developer velocity at scale. Get shared workspaces, role-based permissions, admin controls, and native integrations with GitHub, Figma, and Supabase. Simply hover left sidebar, click "Create a Team," invite collaborators, and choose your pricing plan. Whether you're a duo or enterprise team, stay aligned with real-time editing and enterprise-grade security. Companies like Stripe, Google, and Meta already use it.
5️⃣ Hello Leo launches network monitoring for non-devs to debug API issues without coding. See every frontend API call, inspect requests/responses, and click "Share with Leo" for instant AI fixes. No more guessing if your frontend connects to your backend—Leo sees and fixes it. Perfect for Xano, Supabase, Airtable workflows.
6️⃣ Zapier Agents now orchestrate AI teams that collaborate like human teammates. Agents can call each other to handle complex workflows—from lead qualification to content creation. New features include Copilot for building workflows from simple prompts, live knowledge sources with Box/Dropbox/Google Drive integration, and upcoming team sharing with permissions. Build specialized agent teams that work together autonomously.
7️⃣ Softr announces waitlist for Workflows with Loops, Branches, UI Actions and AI; and adds powerful new features: comment notification rules with conditional filters to control who sees discussions, rollup field filters to calculate only needed records without extra views, and AI-powered database tools that generate filters ("show users with translation skills") and formulas ("check users' first names") from simple descriptions.
8️⃣ Firecrawl announces v2 launch and $14.5M Series A from Nexus Venture Partners! Major updates include 10x faster scraping (~1 second), semantic crawling with natural prompts ("get blog pages"), instant summary format, news/image search support, and improved developer experience with simplified APIs. Features a redesigned playground and dashboard for testing endpoints and managing scraping jobs. This release bridges web data and AI applications.
9️⃣ AGENTS.md microsite launches—a standardized README format for guiding coding agents! Created in collaboration with Sourcegraph, Cursor, Google, Factory, and Roo Code teams. The neutral naming by OpenAI Codex team encourages ecosystem-wide adoption as various file formats emerge for agent context and instructions. Seeking feedback to improve usefulness and help other coding agents support this standard format.
