1️⃣ During its Zero to One With AI + No-Code event, Bubble unveiled new AI features to enable beginners to build their first apps faster based on a description of the app’s idea. The AI-app generator creates a custom build guide with a set of features that can be added to the app and provides step-by-step instructions for database setup, page design, and workflow creation.
2️⃣ Softr launched an exclusive Certification Program for top-tier professionals to recognize and certify the top 1% of developers. Participants must answer 50 questions in 100 minutes and score at least 80% to earn their certification.
3️⃣ Webflow’s co-founder Vlad Magdalin announced Linda Tong, COO and President, will be taking over as the company’s CEO. Magdalin will transition to a new full-time role - Chief Innovation Officer, to focus on building a world-class Website Experience Platform, exploring new innovations, and recruiting new talent.
4️⃣ According to Bailey Fisher, Black Peak has made significant progress in three weeks of developing their API Security SaaS, having built the core application, added generative AI features, and launched new designs. The platform has already onboarded 15 beta users and is inviting those building with Xano and Wized to join its waitlist.
🚀 Product Spotlight: Solo AI Website Creator instantly creates websites for freelancers and small businesses using their existing social media and business profiles like Yelp and Facebook. The free tool includes features such as custom domain hosting, contact forms, Google Analytics integration, and scheduling links.
5️⃣ Glide enhanced the new Table Component with support for multiple tags in a Tag Column and multiple items in a Choice Column for greater flexibility and customization. Additionally, users can also customize the tag colors using hex codes or plain text.
6️⃣ Appwrite is accepting applications for its #AppwriteHeroes program for developers interested in joining an exclusive group of experts, dedicated to helping other developers. Interested developers should fill out the application form and submit it by June 29th, 11:59 PM PST.
⚙️ Tutorial: n8n shared a tutorial on building a custom Q&A chain using Cohere Rerank.
7️⃣ Zapier revamped its Zap editor with a sleek new navigation and a redesigned app picker dialog box to make building Zaps easier and faster.
8️⃣ UiPath rolled out the general availability of UiPath Automation Cloud on Microsoft Azure in the UK, addressing demand for local data residency and enhanced AI and automation capabilities. UiPath believes this will allow private and public-sector customers to comply with local data laws and strategically position their infrastructure for improved performance and security.
